Lenovo tab 7 copy description. SAR level refers to the amount of electromagnetic radiation absorbed by the human body while using a mobile device.

Last year, Lenovo made a major addition to its line of budget Android devices. Almost simultaneously, the well-known Chinese manufacturer released several interesting tablets, the most inexpensive of which was the TAB3 7. Due to the relatively small 7-inch display, in appearance it looks a bit like a phablet and is positioned as a mobile device for the whole family thanks to its unusual functionality.

For example, the tablet is capable of working in multi-user mode, which allows different people to log in under their account and view mail, search for information on the Internet, or spend time playing games without fear that someone else will be able to access their personal information. What else is Lenovo TAB3 7 ready to surprise you with?

Lenovo TAB3 7 tablet specifications:

  • Display diagonal: 7.0 inches, DPI 194, IPS, resolution 1024×600 (HD), (capacitive multi-touch 5 touch points);

Equipment.

In the box with the tablet you will find: Charger 1 Ampere, microUSB - USB cable for charging and data transfer, and documentation.

Appearance and ergonomics.

The tablet will not please you with a particularly sophisticated or innovative design. Still, it’s worth remembering that this is, first and foremost, a budget mobile device, and not a premium fashion gadget. But the build quality is excellent - no backlash or squeaks. Yes, and TAB3 7 looks, although not too bright, but strictly and neatly.

The device body is dust- and moisture-proof (confirmed by IP52 certificate) and is made of high-quality plastic. The front panel is almost completely occupied by the screen; only in its upper part are the front camera lens and a small speaker. The manufacturer has placed the main camera on the non-removable rear cover. Connectors for headphones and charging are hidden at the top end, and the microphone is at the bottom.

The power and volume control buttons are located on the right “edge” of the gadget, which only increases its similarity to smartphones. The left side of the TAB3 7 is decorated with the manufacturer’s logo, under which is hidden a slot for SIM cards (or only one of them plus a memory card).

Display.

Lenovo TAB3 7 has a 7-inch IPS screen with support for 1024x600 resolution. Despite the modest price of the tablet, the quality of the display is not inferior to more expensive competitors. The brightness reserve is enough to use the gadget even in the sun or in a room with a lot of lighting fixtures.

And if you wish, you can debug the screen “to suit yourself” and save your favorite combination of contrast and other settings under your account.

OS and interface.

The device operates thanks to Android OS version 6. The manufacturer did not radically change the “operating system” familiar to many, but only added some proprietary software and some features. The most important option in the tablet software is support for multi-user mode, thanks to which several family members can use the gadget in turn.

At the same time, they will not “confuse” each other’s settings and get confused when viewing mail or surfing the web, since the smart device remembers such nuances and records them in account. That is, it is enough to enter your username and password to change many of the parameters from the previous user to your own.

Performance.

As befits a budget mobile device, the Lenovo TAB3 7 is built on a modest but still good performance base. His heart is 4- nuclear processor MediaTek MT 8735, working in conjunction with a gigabyte of RAM and sixteen “gigs” of memory on board. The Mali-400MP is responsible for the graphics in the tablet - although not the most powerful chip, its capabilities are still quite enough to run most applications and huge amount games (for example GTA San Andreas).

The tablet can easily be used as GPS navigator. The data storage space in the device can easily be increased by another thirty-two gigabytes if one of the SIM card slots is occupied with a MicroSD memory card.

In terms of communications, the gadget supports networks of the second, third and fourth generations. He also has Bluetooth version 4.0 and Wi-Fi module. And the 3450 mAh battery, according to the manufacturer, will be enough for nine hours of battery life.

Camera.

Cameras are one of the most weak points in Lenovo TAB3 7. There is not much to say about them:

  • the main one with a five megapixel matrix;
  • front with a resolution of two megapixels.

This set is enough to take the simplest pictures and record short videos, but only in good lighting, since the device simply does not have flashes.

Sound.

The external speaker in the tablet is very simple and quiet. So you shouldn’t count on high-quality and clear sound when playing music through it. But in good headphones Lenovo TAB3 7 produces quite acceptable lows, mids and high frequencies. And it’s nice to watch movies on the tablet - according to good tradition, it, like many other devices from the company, supports Dolby Atmos technology, which makes the sound three-dimensional and rich.

Pros:

  • Great price tag;
  • High-quality assembly;
  • Ability to work with multiple users in turn;
  • Availability child mode, in which not only access to web resources is configured, but also access time, with the ability to limit it to several hours in a certain period of time.

Minuses:

  • Weak cameras;
  • Simple design.

    Thank you for your opinion. You may be right, but I try to look at a mobile device from different angles in order to convey to a potential buyer all its strengths and weaknesses.

    2017-06-03T13:57:24+00:00

    For the money it is sold for, this is quite a worthy and competitive tablet. As for the shortcomings you noted in the form of weak cameras, for a tablet this function is secondary and few people buy a tablet to shoot or take photographs. A tablet's other functions are much more important.

    2017-05-29T09:03:48+00:00

    And we gave it to this little brother as a mini-replacement PC. Convenient, compact and conducive to learning and entertainment. There is LTE, a very necessary function - it allows you to access the Internet both by connecting to wi-fi and by inserting a SIM card. Decent battery, as much as 3450 mAh - enough for us to study and have fun. You cannot make calls from the tablet; there is no built-in GSM module.
